About Our Nails
Are Sets by Esh nails reusable?
Yes! With proper care, our press-on nails can be removed and reused multiple times. Always remove them gently and store them safely after use and make sure to clean them.
How long do press-on nails last?
With the right prep and application, our press-ons can last anywhere from 1-2 weeks or longer. Proper nail prep is key to a longer wear time. We provide a guide to putting on your nails for long lasting wear in your package. Be beware your type/brand of nail glue can affect the durability. For example, really strong nail glues can last up to a month. Ifyou use our sticky tabs they are designed to act as a more temporary application.
Are your nails suitable for short natural nails?
Absolutely! We offer a range of sizes and lengths, including very short options, so there’s a perfect set for every nail.

Can I order a custom set?
Yes! We love creating bespoke sets. You can choose your shape, length, colour, design and size. Get in touch or browse our Bespoke collection to get started.
What shapes and lengths do you offer?
We offer a range of shapes including square, squoval, almond, coffin, stiletto and round, in lengths from very short to long. See our Nail Shape Guide and Nail Length Guide for details.
Ordering
How long does it take to make my set?
All sets are handmade to order. Please check the processing time on each product listing for an accurate timeframe. Some sets may take longer to produce depending on the design.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
As sets are made to order, we may not be able to make changes once production has started. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any amendments.
When will my order be available?
We accept orders based on our current availability. Check our Order Availability page for the latest information on when we’re taking new orders.
Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within the UK via Royal Mail and Evri. Delivery options will be shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is estimated at 3–5 working days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer tracked delivery?
Yes, tracked delivery options are available at checkout.
Returns
Can I return my order?
As all sets are custom and handmade to order, we’re unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please see our Delivery & Returns page for full details.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with your order number and photos of the damage and we’ll get it sorted for you.
