All Sets by Esh sets are handmade to order with love, so please allow the processing time stated on each product listing before your order is dispatched.
UK Delivery
We currently ship within the UK using Royal Mail and Evri. Delivery options and estimated timeframes will be shown at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 3-5 working days after dispatch
- Tracked Delivery: Available at checkout
Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. During busy periods, deliveries may take a little longer.
Order Processing Time
As all sets are made to order, please allow the processing time listed on the product page before your order is shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (where applicable) once your order is on its way.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method and location.
Returns & Exchanges
Custom & Personalised Orders
As all Sets by Esh sets are handmade to order and personalised to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom sets unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your set, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at our contact page with your order number and photos of the issue. We will do our best to resolve this for you as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Sets by Esh cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address being provided.
